By subscribing to our website, server or any other service provided by iBlueSpeed, you ("The Customer", "Customer", "The Customer", "Customer", "End User", "They") agree to the Terms of Service set out below, as an agreement with iBlueSpeed("ibluespeed.com", "we", "our", "we"). We reserve the right to suspend and/or terminate any product or service provided directly by us with or without refund, prior or written notice. Refunds

In any situation iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions provides for a full or partial refund of our services within 2h after the order is delivered if there is any problem on our part. No refund will also be guaranteed in case of abuse or breach of our terms of service and policies for use of the service in question.

Abuses against our staff

Abuse against our staff will not be tolerated! The use of aggressive language, threats or offenses, may lead to account suspension or cancellation. Scamming practices will not be tolerated if the team finds it will be banned from our systems.

Cancellation of Services

If any service has intentions for illicit use (Cyber attacks, bitcoin mining, etc...), iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions sees the right to suspend/terminate the service without prior notice. Any customer attempts to card on our website, iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions is in a position to perform the blocking of all current services. If any service impairs the proper development of the services provided, iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions sees itself in the right to suspend/terminate the service without notice. Any customer who does not respect the Copyright, iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions is in a position to effect termination of the customer's services. Any attempt use of "bugs" used on our website, iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions, may lead to termination of the customer's services.

Support

iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to be able to deny support to any customer requesting support outside our business hours.

Changes to terms of conditions

iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to change these Terms of Service, its products and services and related fees/prices, whenever it deems necessary, without any prior notice. By accepting, you are agreeing to these changes.

Settings not included in the product

After the completion of the configuration of the game servers, any changes made by the customer/third party to our settings, it is up to the customer to correct them, because it automatically loses any kind of support.

Data Processing

The customer is committed that the data for the products is true and up to date. It is your responsibility to modify the data and keep it up to date. This can be done from the customer area and when it is not possible, you can contact our services by the means provided. Indicating wrong data may lead to refusal to provide a service or cancel a service if it is active. iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to enter any VPS when a support ticket is sent to the technical department and the issue involves it.

Content

Any site of offensive character will be refused by iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions Use of programs or files that may be considered exploits, cracks, heavy downloads, nukers, flooders, socks, or that constitute misuse of our services and/or servers is prohibited. Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate termination of the hosting account without compensation or refund. We reserve the right to exclude sites that promote illegal activities or that may cause damage to our servers or any other server on the internet. It is also prohibited to have links that point the user to such sites.

Server Rental and Renewal

Some services provided by iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions may take approximately 24h to 48h to be processed and activated after payment. The rental and renewal of a server assumes the customer's acceptance and knowledge of all terms. It is expressly forbidden to use our services for advertising purposes (Except websites and products linked to this area). If services are not paid for, iBlueSpeed Internet & Hosting Solutions reserves the right to immediately cancel the server.
